Terms & Conditions for Evinrise
Effective date: September 18, 2026
1. Service Description
Evinrise provides AI-powered voice agents for plumbing businesses that answer missed calls after hours, book appointments, and handle emergency triage. The specific features available depend on the plan selected.
2. Plans & Pricing
- Capture: $497/month — after-hours answering, overflow call handling, appointment booking, SMS confirmation to caller, emergency triage
- Growth: $897/month — everything in Capture, plus live transfer for true emergencies, priority setup and onboarding, multi-tech scheduling support
- Revenue Desk: $1,497/month — everything in Growth, plus multi-location routing, dedicated onboarding call, custom call rules per location
3. Trial Period
All plans include a 14-day trial period. If you do not see results within 14 days, you will not be charged further. "Results" means your voice agent successfully handled at least one inbound call.
4. Setup
Your voice agent will be live within 48 hours of onboarding. Client is responsible for providing accurate business hours, call routing preferences, and scheduling tool access during onboarding.
5. Billing
Billing is monthly. There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle and you will not be charged for the following month.
6. Cancellation
To cancel, email [email protected] before your renewal date. No cancellation fees apply.
7. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide accurate information during onboarding, respond to setup requests within 48 hours, and maintain an active scheduling/CRM tool compatible with the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Evinrise is not liable for missed calls caused by telephony outages, incorrect information provided during setup, or third-party scheduling tool failures. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the most recent billing cycle.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
